Founder, Young Tinker Academy | He is a National Youth Awardee & a Govt. Educational Policy Maker. He is a engineer who a part of Asia's 1st student rocket and also the Mission Director of Asia's 1st U19 team who won World Rank 3 at NASA HERC 2021. He is known as the Ideasman & has created several patented products. He has been invited by the Govt of China & Govt of Egypt and several state govt of India for his exemplary work in the field of education.
Mrs. Vaishali S Pradhan
Co-Founder, Young Tinker Academy | She is listed in top 130 women transforming India by Govt of India. She has received awards from 3M & CII for her social impact. She is a engineer who has worked on designing innovative labs, teaching tools, and indigenous projects. She is working on nurturing women talents by training them & providing employment opportunities. She is the winner of Berlin Science Week 2022, Germany.

Mr. Abhishek Shukla
He is the Education Manager at Young Tinker Academy. He has completed his Engineering in ECE from Amity University. His expertise includes robotics and electronics and he is responsible for the overall management of the academy right from inventory management, recruiting other mentors, training them, designing programs for students along with mentoring them to bring out the best.
Ms. Abhipsa Pattnaik
Her role is of an Information Officer at Young Tinker Academy. She take classes of the students from various tinker spaces. She is also a mentor and train the teachers of various tinker spaces.
